Your Heard Tell for Tuesday, July the 18th, is turning down the noise and getting to the information we need on the campaign silly seaons for 2024 breaking out during the current summer doldrums of the 2022 midterm elections. Protests are bringing a crackdown in Cuba as the people push back against rolling blackouts, failing health care, and a lifetime of frustration at the ruling dictatorship. Our gust today is Jeff Luse of Young Voices and C3 Solutions, who joins us to talk energy, gas prices, and policy. Jeff helps us cut through the rhetoric of what is, and isn’t, causing the higher gas prices, what is/isn’t effective policy to alleviate the pain at the pump, and who is/isn’t to blame. Also, Jeff talks wider issues and solutions for climate, energy, and environmental challenges, as well as the political realities that hedge those advancements. Plus, we go to the UK to update the race for leadership in the Conservative Party and the next UK Prime Minister, and a giant in poultry gives a massive donation. All that and more on this Tuesday edition of Heard Tell.
