Didn’t forget, I am aware of the reporting on it, and the underlying court cases involved, Cohen’s involvement, etc. There is very questionable behavior on what has thus far been reported on, but with part of the fraud cases being dismissed and not much further reporting on it since mid-December, I left it out of this particular piece. Totally fair points and questions to raise.
